Technology expertise takes practice, time, and mentorship. There is rarely enough time in your workday or at a conference to acquire new technology skills. TIDE provides five days of mentoring and hands-on practice to hone your technology expertise. You begin technology projects during the week and then receive a year of individualized support to help  you complete your projects.
